BIOBENE® Gelenk Complex was developed by experts for strong bones. The dietary supplement contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function, and manganese, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions:
2 capsules daily as a dietary supplement; best taken with a meal with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. If necessary, you can also open the capsules and mix the contents with other foods. Endurance athletes like to dissolve the capsule contents in isotonic drinks. Dietary supplements are no substitute for a balanced and varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
