Coldwater fish oil - blue blister:
Deep-sea fish (no farmed fish) have high levels of EPA and DHA fatty acids due to their algae diet. Certain microalgae are particularly suitable producers of these fatty acids.

Perilla oil - green blister:
The Asian Perilla oil is obtained from the seeds of Perilla frutescens and has a similar fatty acid profile as linseed oil. But it has a higher proportion of alpha-linolenic acid (= omega-3). It therefore meets the human need for plant-derived omega-3 fatty acids from nature.

The combination of fatty acids in BIOBENE® OMEGA-3 Complex has been proven to be particularly beneficial for maintaining the health of the heart and circulatory system, protecting the walls of the vessel and maintaining the balance of cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid levels.

Directions:
2 capsules daily as a dietary supplement: 1 perilla oil capsule in the morning (green blister) and 1 fish oil capsule in the evening (blue blister) after the meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
